Hi, I’m Kyrstin Zimmermann. As a home loan strategist with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I specialize in VA loans and have a passion for working with Veterans and first-time homebuyers. Every client relationship begins with a pre-purchase consultation to create a loan strategy that supports short and long-term goals. With more than 30 years of mortgage experience, my approach is thoughtful, proactive and centered on finding the right solution — not just getting a deal done.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of five and grandmother to three. One of my children is a special needs adult son with autism and impaired hearing, which has given me a deep heart for families navigating similar journeys.

I’m involved in Parker County as a member of the Parker County Tour Group, a Chamber Ambassador with the Parker County Chamber and a participant in the B2B Leads Group. I’m also part of Christ Chapel Bible Church and support several charitable organizations, including the Careity Foundation.
