Hello! I’m Ty Downing, a Florida native raised in the Tampa Bay area and a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. After enlisting in 2009, I served 11 years as a Naval Aircrewman stationed at NAS Jacksonville, completing four deployments before transitioning into a Navy training consultant role. During my service, I earned my bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in Finance from Columbia College of Missouri, and I’ve been selected to attend the University of Florida’s Professional MBA program.

I bring the same discipline, integrity and service-first mindset from my Military career into serving Northeast Florida homebuyers. I’m passionate about real estate and especially committed to helping Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members and families navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.
