My name is Greg Fearnley. I’m a U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran who spent 11 years in service, graduating from West Point and earning my Green Beret. After leaving the Military, I became a loan officer at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender with a focus on VA Loans and service to the Veteran community.

I bring a blend of personal real estate experience, financial strategy and straightforward communication. I’m detail-oriented, analytical and focused on long-term success without cutting corners. I take pride in helping people build wealth, make informed decisions and understand the tools available to them.

I’m also a real estate investor, something that started as a personal interest and grew into a long-term passion. I enjoy building assets, studying market trends and helping others understand how real estate can create stability and generational wealth. Off the clock, I take every chance I get to spend time with my five nieces and nephews to keep my title as “favorite uncle.”
