Hello! My name is Yulianna Bojorquez, and I’m the Vice President of Lending at our Scottsdale, AZ, branch.

I joined the mortgage industry in 2013 because I believe homeownership can change lives. From the start, what drove me wasn’t just numbers or loans. Instead, it was the real impact of helping families move from renting to owning and turning uncertainty into stability.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of loan products, including purchase, refinance, HELOC, DSCR, jumbo and bank statement loans. I pride myself on listening closely, guiding patiently and celebrating when keys finally change hands. For me, it’s about turning dreams into addresses. Whether this is your first home or a refinance, I focus on clarity, patience, and making sure you feel confident.

On a personal note, I am a proud parent of three sons and love supporting families! Outside of work, I enjoy movies, cooking at home, traveling, working out and spending time with my two Shih-Tzus.
