Hello! I’m Pete Pappalardo. I began my career as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer, serving for 12 years across the Indo-Pacific in Guam, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. That experience taught me how to lead in high-stakes environments where attention to detail, clear communication and putting people first weren’t optional — they were essential to accomplishing the mission.

After the Navy, I spent three years in the defense technology sector, working closely with government organizations to solve operational challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes in the face of complex acquisition and funding structures.

I moved into mortgages because buying a home is one of life’s most important financial decisions, and I believe people deserve to be informed and guided through the process.
