I’m Libby Thompson, a senior loan officer with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, in Hudson, Ohio. I joined the mortgage industry in 2020 after nine years in corporate banking. I wanted to use my financial background in a way that felt more personal and impactful, and mortgage lending gave me the opportunity to help people understand their options and make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make.

I specialize in first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, downsizers and real estate investors, offering conventional, FHA, Non-QM, 1099, bank statement, jumbo and investment DSCR loans. I make mortgage make sense. I’m education-focused, patient, approachable, direct and strategic.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two who loves family time, traveling, live music, golfing, skiing, trying new restaurants and making people laugh. I also love nerding out over housing data and creating content that makes mortgage make sense for everyday people.
