Hello! My name is Joseph Bogdan, and I’m a loan officer dedicated to helping homebuyers and homeowners achieve their financing goals with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I joined the mortgage industry to serve my community by providing innovative mortgage solutions that make homeownership more accessible and affordable. After spending more than two decades building successful medical businesses focused on outpatient diagnostic services, I transitioned into mortgage lending to put my leadership and client-focused experience to work helping others achieve their homeownership goals.
