Hi, I’m Steve Medina, and I believe buying a home should support how you want to live, work and build your future. Before becoming a loan officer, I spent my career in law enforcement working in patrol, financial crimes and as a crisis negotiator. That background shapes everything I do today.

Every buyer is different. Some want space and long-term stability. Others want flexibility and leverage. My job is to take a clear, education-based approach that fits your goals, not force you into a one-size-fits-all option. Whether you’re buying, relocating, refinancing or investing, I’ll help you understand your options and choose what makes sense for you.

While first responders and Veterans are my primary focus, I work with homebuyers and homeowners from all backgrounds who want a clear path from start to finish.
