Hi, I’m Wayne, and after nearly a decade in the Landscaping and Lawn Care service industry, I shifted into Retail and Retail Management, where I gained practical experience in Home Improvement and Interior Design. From 1985 to 1999, I worked as a Top Producing REALTOR®, helping clients find their dream homes. In 1999, I “switched sides of the desk” into mortgage lending, where I’ve spent the past two decades helping hundreds of people secure the funds they need to purchase or refinance their homes.

As part of CCM’s Dunn, NC branch, I’m proud to provide personalized mortgage solutions using the resources of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.
