Hi, I’m Manuela. With nearly 20 years in finance, my mission is to make homeownership simple, stress-free and accessible. I know buying a home or investing in real estate can feel overwhelming, which is why I’ll guide you every step of the way with clarity, confidence and genuine care.

I started my career in 2006 with one of the nation’s largest banks, where I saw how clients were often treated like files instead of people. To stay connected to my community, I moved into commercial real estate financing to help local investors and business owners strengthen South Florida’s neighborhoods.

My heart has always been with families, first-time homebuyers and homeowners working to build a secure future. In 2019, I returned to home financing with one goal: remove stress and confusion while helping you build wealth through homeownership.
