Hello! My name is Sean Balcom, and I’m a loan officer serving clients from our Bloomfield Hills, MI branch. I’m dedicated to helping homebuyers achieve their financing goals with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I joined the mortgage industry in 2003 after earning an electrical engineering degree from Michigan State University, and I’ve spent more than two decades helping clients navigate the home financing process. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, self-employed borrowers, real estate investors and condo financing.

My clients know me for my attention to detail and commitment to making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible through personalized guidance and clear communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my blended family, playing hockey and golf, and making music. I also share my home with a German Shepherd and two cats.
