Hello! I’m Kai, a dedicated loan officer at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I proudly serve the Austin Metro community with integrity and a commitment to financial empowerment. My specialties include guiding first-time homebuyers through a clear, streamlined loan process and expertly structuring Non-QM financing solutions for clients with diverse financial profiles.

 

Before entering home financing, I built a strong foundation as a real estate investment strategist. This experience gives me a deep understanding of marketing dynamics and the ability to structure and negotiate financing with an investor’s mindset. Combined with the exceptional communication skills I developed in the service industry, I deliver an educational, transparent and low-stress experience from application to closing.
